Beauty & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, makeup, skincare, lashes, and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unopened and unused beauty products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Eligible Returns (Non-Beauty Items)
Home goods and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
• Items are unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping is covered for verified damaged or incorrect items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
European Union Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Opened or used beauty and personal care items are excluded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
