- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Estimated delivery times begin after shipment. We work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery, though occasional delays may occur.
Shipping & Tracking
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost or damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or the carrier’s marked delivery date.
- Photos and order number are required for damaged items.
- Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.
